What this site does with your data.
This notice covers the zudub pages: the main page, the Directions EMEA 2026 page, and the two legal pages. It is written in plain language. Where a detail still has to be confirmed, it is marked.

What happens when you open the pages
The pages are static and set no cookies. When you open them, the hosting provider receives the technical data every web server receives: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser type. This is needed to deliver the pages and to protect them against attacks (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR).
Hosting provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. The pages are delivered from Cloudflare's network, usually from a data centre close to you. Cloudflare processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and by the EU standard contractual clauses.
Visitor statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how often the pages are visited, from which country and on which kind of device. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and builds no profiles of individual visitors. Legal basis is our interest in understanding how the pages are used (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR).
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin). When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google and transmits your IP address in doing so. The main page also loads two script libraries from the content delivery networks jsDelivr and cdnjs (Cloudflare, Inc.), with the same effect. Legal basis is our interest in delivering the pages as designed (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR).
The forms
One form exists on the pages: a waiting list (email address). What you enter is sent to HubSpot and stored there in our account. We use HubSpot, Inc. (2 Canal Park, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA) and HubSpot Ireland Limited as a processor for this. We use it to let you know when zudub is available. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
The forms send directly to HubSpot's form service. No HubSpot script runs on the pages and no HubSpot tracking cookie is set. Where a button opens a form on a page hosted by HubSpot instead, HubSpot's own cookie notice applies there.
HubSpot may process data in the United States. The transfer is covered by a data processing agreement with HubSpot including the EU standard contractual clauses.
We keep your address on the waiting list until you withdraw. It is deleted within 30 days after that.
Links to other sites
The Directions EMEA 2026 page links to LinkedIn and to the public page of our zudub instance, and plays short films from our own server. Those sites have their own privacy notices.
Your rights
- Access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction or deletion of that data.
- Restriction of processing, and objection to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Data portability, where applicable.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, with effect for the future.
- A complaint to a data protection authority.
